Let's Enjoy Studying GoIn celebration of a new year in Reiwa, we had a workshop of playing go at a traditional Japanese house along Kamo River. 13 overseas and 4 Japanese friends and 18 members gathered. We studied how to play go under the guidance of Mrs. Izaki Yeko, an instructor in The Nihon Ki-in. We enjoyed it very much, though there were beginners. And we enjoyed taking a bowl of green tea and a Japanese sweet, too. Besides, the host performed the recitation of Chinese poem written by him. We had a very sociable and peaceful time with overseas friends.
